With almost 30 years experience of asparagus research, growing, packing and marketing Peter Falloon is a leading international asparagus consultant.

He has published over 100 scientific papers and popular articles on asparagus and has undertaken cooperative research projects in a number of countries. Peter is a director on the Research and Innovation Board of Horticulture New Zealand and chairman of the NZ Asparagus Council Research Committee.
